Please make sure any purchase has been pre registered on our warranty form(see bottom of page), this is so we can easily arrange repairs or replacement units. If you do this right after purchase then we will already have the proof of purchase on record and will speed everything up for everyone.
Warranty Coverage
- Duration: Our standard warranty covers products for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase if registered via our warranty form.
- Eligibility:
- The warranty applies to products purchased directly from our web store or authorized retailers.
- The product must be used according to its intended purpose and care instructions.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- The product must be returned to the place of purchase for assessment.

Reporting a Faulty Product
